CONFIDENT DRIVING BEGINS WITH COMPLETE PROTECTION

The advanced safety features of the Carens embedded throughout the vehicle ensure driver and passenger protection at all times. Intensive research and development work has gone into ensuring that high levels of protection are built into the body shell, structure and chassis. Standard safety features within the Carens include twin front, side and full-length curtain airbags, seatbelt pretensioners, and active head restraints to protect front passengers against whiplash injuries. The Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) help to minimise braking distances and give you more control of the vehicle to manoeuvre around obstacles in front.
