This document forms the basis of a quotation between the customer named herein and NMG,you will be given every opportunity to discuss the pln in detail before agreeing to the quotation. Please ensure thatthe details of this plan satisfies your driving requirments and motoring habits. If at anytime you decide to terminatethe plan, all cover and benefits will be withdrawn and the account closed and reconciled.
